Vrsta radioterapije. Pacijentu se daje infuzija koja sadrži element bor koji se skuplja u tumorskim stanicama. Pacijent zatim prima radioterapiju atomskih čestica koje nazivamo neutroni, a isti dolaze iz posebne naprave. Neutroni reagiraju s borom u tumorskim stanicama i ubijaju ih.
