anaconda
Officially the world's biggest snake in terms of body mass, an anaconda can measure almost 28 feet long with a girth of 44 inches and weigh over 500 lbs. Although the python holds the world's record for being the longest measuring some 33 feet, the anaconda's girth is far bigger. Anacondas live in the jungles of South America and are not poisonous.
